Product Manager, specialized in AI

Visily is an AI- powered UI design software started from KMS Labs, the startup incubation arm of KMS Technology. Our team consists of technology entrepreneurs who have built successful product companies from scratch:

Kobiton- mobile testing platform, raised $34M with over 60K customers
QASymphony- test management platform, merged with Tricentis, valued at $2B
Katalon- test automation platform, raised $27M with over 1M users

Responsibilities

Join Visily to build a cutting- edge UI design software product (think of Sketch or Figma, but... different). We are early but have an incredibly bold vision. We&039;re looking for a Product Manager, specialized in AI, to help take the product to the next level.

Drive growth in key product metrics, including activation, retention and revenue, by working with relevant stakeholders to set up, monitor, and analyze data
Work with our CTO and Head of Product to drive the development of new AI capabilities
Regularly engage with users, perform solution validation and collect insights to make informed decisions
Own feature delivery from initial research, feature specification to software implementation; work closely with designers, engineers and data analysts throughout this cycle

Strong critical thinking and problem- solving skills

Strong English communication skills, as our user base is global
Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions
3+ years of experience in relevant product management roles
[Nice to have] Deep user empathy, interest in engaging with users and solving their problems
[Nice to have] Experience working in a fast- paced startup with highly collaborative nature
Experience building AI features and solutions for software products
[Nice to have] Knowledge of UI UX design and familiarity with relevant tools in the market
