• Serve as the contact point with R&D teams of Factory Thailand and Malaysia for commercial products.
• Gather feedback from dealers and sales teams regarding market trends, customer concerns, and product performance to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with the R&D team throughout the product development process to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Involve in product launch and monitor post- launch sales performance to ensure product success.
• Collaborate with cross- functional teams such as Sales, Technical Support, and Service to ensure smooth product integration and support.
• Conduct market surveys to understand and anticipate customer needs, and collect and analyze relevant data.
• Provide internal training on new products to relevant departments to ensure understanding and readiness.
• Create a product roadmap which is a visual summary to outline the direction for the product offering in 1- 3 years
• Responsible for communicating with key stakeholders—including customers, business managers, and the R&D team—to ensure product line- up and features align with business objectives, and to identify areas for improvement.
• Write product requests including required request’s background, specification, estimate the sale quantity of model in next 1- 3 years and any regulations related.
• Research and analyze competitor products, specifications, pricing, and market positioning.

• Strong skills in data analysis and Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross- functional teams.
• High sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Active listening and clear articulation of technical concepts.
• Customer- centric approach with a focus on delivering value.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• 1- 3 years of hands- on experience in HVAC engineering.
• Prior experience in a similar role or industry is a strong advantage.
• Effective English communication skills (both spoken and written).
• Proven Experience in market research or analysis.
• Open to travel as needed (preferred but not mandatory).
