Product Owner

Job description

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the best user experience.
Analyze the market, research competitors, and collect customer feedback to guide product development.
Work directly with the CEO to define product strategy and development roadmap for AI Chatbot.
Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to build and execute the Product Marketing strategy.
Manage and coordinate sprints with the development team using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Create and manage the product backlog, define user stories, and provide detailed requirements for the development team.
Work closely with the AI/ML team to optimize chatbot capabilities.
Monitor, evaluate product metrics, and propose improvements.

Compensation & Benefits

Saturday & Sunday OFF, Overtime pay is 150%, 200%, 300% as per labor law;
01 hour paid leave per day for women having children under 12 months
Minimum 14 paid leaves per annum for all employees after probation;

Requirements
Experience & Skills

Ability to work independently and coordinate teams effectively.
University graduate.
Experience working with chatbots or conversational AI solutions is a significant advantage.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager for technology products, particularly in AI/ML products.
Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Character traits

Knowledge of the B2B SaaS market and AI chatbot trends is a plus.
Continuous learner, ready to take on new challenges.
Basic understanding of Machine Learning and NLP is an advantage.
