Product Owner

Translate requirements into wireframes, user flows
Clarify requirements with engineers, review proposed solutions, and ensure feasibility without over- engineering.
Run discovery workshops (Service Design, Product Design, Personas, MVP scoping, Inception Deck).
Explain to the development team about the product’s market & users
Creates the User Story Map and define the minimum viable product (MVP)
Manage Product Backlog (create & list requirements)
Make the plan for release and each time- box (iteration)
Translate business needs into well- structured epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that consider data flow, edge cases, and non- functional needs.
Collaborate with UIUX designers on visual polish, ensuring consistency with the Design System.
Communicate with business stakeholders
Create Inception Deck to align all stakeholders and development team’s members
Work closely with the development team to make sure that product backlogs are understood correctly, and make adjustments in time if needed
Perform user acceptance testing, validate that delivered features meet agreed functional & technical acceptance criteria.
Drive the product evolution through data analysis and user feedback
Owning a product/product line, developing and maintaining product vision and strategies to achieve it
Define and validate product KPI and monitor it

Yêu cầu công việc

Advantageous to have 3- 5 years of experience in product/service planning/UX
Having experience in the shipping industry is a plus
Data- driven focus
Have at least 2- year experiences related to software development
Organizational & analytical skill
Continuous improvement mindset
Fluency in English is a MUST
Familiarity with Agile Software Development
Be a savvy application user or have experience in website design
Communication & negotiation skill
