Product Owner

The successful candidates will undertake 2- month intensive training beforejoining projects.
Job Responsibilities
: Conduct technical task under Supervisor:

Fixing issues / bugs reported
Perform Unit Test and follow team coding structure and guideline
Actively involved in the product design and development process, fromrequirement & design, solution architecture, through integration, release &maintenance
Writing Technical Design based on Feature Design (required)
Perform coding review and code refactoring
Develop & deliver “eCAT version 2” product features.

Special Notes:

Define quality attributes, external interfaces, constraints, and other non- functional requirements
Assess the product business needs and business processes
Communicate with client counterparts and other stakeholders if any
Participate in peer reviews of work products derived from requirementsspecifications to ensure that the requirements were interpreted correctly
Lead requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirementstatements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable,feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable and that they conform to standards
Provide mentoring/training if any
Serve as a contact point between stakeholders and the development team toensure that the development team understands the business requirements andthat the evolving solution meets the defined requirements
Interview the domain experts at the client company to capture all relevantdomain knowledge
Deliver documents write- up: Product Vision, Product Scope, BusinessRequirement Document, System Requirement Specification, FunctionalSpecification Document, System Requirement Document, User Guide andother documents that might be required

Education:

University degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences,Management Information System, Industrial Management, Engineering orequivalent.

Experience:

Have 2 years of BA/PO experience

Soft skills:

Perform independently and only require supervision for more complex work
Thorough, paying attention to details

Creative

Hard skills:

Aptitude to learn and understand new and emerging technologies
(Nice to have) Proven knowledge or experience in Product Owner skill set:market research, user- focused, data analytics, etc.
Good knowledge of software development process, especially softwarerequirement analysis
Good organizational and analytical thinking, and ability to capture anddocument both high level concepts and detailed requirements in an accurate,unambiguous and succinct fashion
Good listening and interviewing skills to understand a customer’s businessenvironment and processes
Proven ability in Business Analyst skill set: requirements engineering,business process analysis, facilitation techniques, documentation techniques,etc.

Tools & Report:

Jira/Jetbrains Space platform is a plus.
Develop Tool: Docker, Github

Language:

Others is a PLUS
English: Basic level, can read and understand material. Ability tocommunicate in English is a PLUS
