Product Owner

We&039;re hiring a mid- level Product Owner to own and orchestrate our service engagements with our biggest clients. Product Owners are experienced relationship managers responsible for building positive relationships with clients. They help orchestrate essential activities that set new customers up for success as they build and deliver amazing value. As a Product Owner, you will leverage your hands- on experience in the product development process to drive the success of our services and technologies.
In this role you&039;ll get to:

Own our services relationship with some of our largest customers, helping them unlock the potential of their teams.
Help identify and promote opportunities for service and expansion within a client organization.
Reach into all members to advocate for and facilitate a deeper level of engagement with our largest customers.
Co- create a long- term strategic engagement and roadmap with the client to achieve their goals.
Manage client expectations, engagement health, and ensure successful completion of delivery work with the customer.
Timezone Coordination: Must align with the California time zone for at least 2 hours each day with a starting time of 6 AM.
Office Commitment: On- site work is mandatory for a minimum of 3 days weekly.

Customer Engagement Management: Demonstrated ability to manage customer engagements, including escalation management, customer advocacy, and handling multiple engagements simultaneously.
Requirement Gathering: Strong ability to gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
Story Creation: Proficiency in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, user guides, and maintaining a product backlog.
Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum or Kanban.
UI/UX Expertise: Skilled in designing user- centric and visually appealing interfaces.
Task Management: Proven ability to manage concurrent tasks efficiently while maintaining high- quality standards.
Adaptable Mindset: Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and environments.
Excellent English Skills: You must be able to comfortably communicate with native speakers in both written and oral forms.
Extensive Experience: Hands- on experience in the product development process and working within enterprise customer- facing roles.

It&039;s great, but not required if you have:

Full- stack product development experience from UI to deployment, with technical skills and familiarity with cloud computing solutions or a willingness to learn.
