Product Owner

Product Requirement & Backlog Management

Create and maintain a clear, well- prioritized product backlog that aligns with business goals and user needs.
Gather and prioritize product features in collaboration with stakeholders across business units.
Analyze and translate high- level business requirements into detailed specifications, including logic flow, user journeys, and interactions.

Collaboration & Agile Delivery

Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning sessions.
Work closely with UI/UX Designers to ensure intuitive, visually appealing, and user- validated product solutions.
Collaborate with Developers to ensure thorough understanding and correct implementation of product requirements.
Partner with the QC team to define acceptance criteria and ensure quality standards are met.

Problem Solving & Decision Making

Make data- driven decisions by analyzing product performance, user feedback, and market trends.
Act as the voice of the customer in defining and refining product solutions.
Support the team in identifying and resolving product- related issues throughout the development cycle.

Internal Communication & Knowledge Sharing

Facilitate alignment between business, design, development, and QA teams.
Provide training, documentation, and product guidance to internal and external stakeholders.

Experience & Education

Experience in FMCG or Retail domains is a plus.
1–2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in software product development.
Experience in working with Agile teams and understanding the Scrum framework.

Technical & Functional Skills

Proficient in writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq, Axure).
Strong skills in creating mockups, wireframes, and user flows.
Ability to break down complex problems and communicate solutions clearly.

Soft Skills

Strong collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non- technical teams.
Analytical, customer- focused, and proactive in problem- solving.
Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
