We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner- General AI / LLM for Enterprise to join our team.

As a Product Owner in AGI Product at Trusting Social, you will have the decision- making and prioritization authority to drive a particular workstream, under the leadership of a Product Manager. You will solve impactful problems in the financial sector in Vietnam and other Trusting Social markets.
Responsibilities

Ensure that the product meets the highest standards of quality and performance in your workstream
Own the roadmap for your workstream, you are responsible for the success and impact that your workstream bring to our client & the product as a whole
Continuously improve the product backlog and prioritize user stories to align with company strategy
Translate product requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria for development teams
Monitor and analyze market trends and emerging technologies to provide insights on potential new features and enhancements
Work with cross- functional teams to identify and prioritize features that will add value to clients in the banking and finance sector
Contribute to building the roadmap for the development of a new AI product combining the power of LLM technologies such as GPT- 4 and Trusting Social’s strength in predictive AI
Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and engineers to ensure successful product delivery
Create and maintain product documentation to ensure effective communication with stakeholders

Good analytical and abstraction skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into smaller parts and identify key issues
Exceptional problem- solving skills: think from first principles to validate insights, ask thoughtful questions, create well considered solutions that have a clear path to delivering large value
Go to the bottom of things, problems, metrics to derive key drivers. Listen intensely and think deeply to discover disruptive insights
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross- functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders
Ability to zoom in- analyzing a problem, pain point in depth; and zoom out- maintaining a clear picture of business impact, constraints, dependencies of all features & problems to effectively prioritize and ensure overall success
Extreme ownership, ready to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to realize the vision
Strong learning ability and self- motivation to acquire new knowledge
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non- technical stakeholders with clarity of thought
Ability to translate business requirements into clear and concise user stories with acceptance criteria
Mindful of feelings, emotions, needs and wants of customers, colleagues and yourself

Preferred

Knowledge of AI/Machine Learning topics
Degree or strong experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Consulting
Experience with Banking & Financial B2B products, especially AI solutions
