Product Owner (Business Analyst/ Product Manager)

Support problem solving: participate in problem framing/problem solving together with scrum team members to define the solution for product implementation
Cooperate with the Product Manager to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and customer needs. Break them down into small, estimable, releasable chunks for implementation
Collaborate with development teams to ensure a clear understanding of product requirements and provide guidance throughout the development process.
Align release plans with multiple squads and organize training for business teams on new features
Monitor and evaluate product performance and customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and driving necessary enhancements.
Make data- driven decisions by analyzing product metrics, user feedback, and market trends.
Create and maintain product backlogs, ensuring that user stories and requirements are well- defined, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives.
Work closely with the design team to develop usable solutions. Focus on user experience (UX) and ensure solutions are engaging and highly adopted by users

Must have:
User- centric mindset, with the ability to empathize with user needs and translate them into product requirements.
Experience in developing ideas via mockups, workflow, and product requirement documents (PRD)
Working experience in technical software development, and business analysis in related domains: social network, e- commerce, ERP (CRM), advertisement, finance (e- wallet, banking, payment)
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross- functional teams, stakeholders, and customers.
Understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and ability to effectively apply Agile principles to product development.
At least 2 years of hands- on experience in working on software products as a Product Owner/Business Analyst/Project Manager
Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback

Good track record for successful products, experience in managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its full lifecycle, cross- platforms on the Web and Mobile
