Product Owner Cum Business Analyst

Analyze system current state and future state to align not only user satisfaction but also business goals.
Create, manage and maintain product backlog aligning product requirements or business requirements .
Hand on product requirement documents, system requirement documents.
Compatible with data analysis tools is an advantage
Synergize with product designers: define the user flow and transform this into screenflow, wireframe.
Implements market research, product research and sometimes is user research following the product manager (Mainly mobile apps products).
Contributing to deliver the product roadmap.
Operates the product: implement A/B test, product remote config and notifications.
Collaborate with developers and testers during sprint implementation.

Understand and know how to use requirement management tools: Confluence and Jira
Good at office software tools: excel / slide ...
Graduated from IT&039;s university is an advantage
Good at analysis skills
At least 1.5 years in BA role or have certificate related to Business Analyst (ECBA, CCBA) or Product Owner (PSPO I)
Have knowledge about Agile, Scrum
Know- how about firebase A/B test / remote config / messages or similar tools
Having related skills: Active listening, conflict resolution and critical thinking
Deep understanding about software development life cycle
