Product Owner Lumin Team, English Up to 1800

We are currently seeking a talented Product Owner to join our team for an exciting project with one of our key clients, a renowned provider of mobile PDF editing tools. This role will work at the intersection of product, UX, engineering, and marketing with a clear goal to grow a powerful, user- friendly mobile PDF editor that delivers real value

Your Role
As a Product Owner, you will drive the evolution of our mobile PDF editing app from vision to execution. You’ll own the product roadmap, define and validate hypotheses through experimentation, and partner with development and marketing teams to deliver impactful features that improve both user experience and business performance.

Design and run A/B tests and growth experiments to improve retention, activation, and conversion.
Serve as the bridge between technical and non- technical stakeholders.
Work with cross- functional teams (design, development, QA) to plan, scope, and deliver new features.
Leverage ASO strategies to improve app visibility and downloads in both iOS and Android stores.
Analyze ASO performance metrics and optimize keywords, creatives, and metadata.
Drive the roadmap for a mobile PDF editing experience that’s intuitive, performant, and scalable.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Customer Success teams to increase user acquisition and engagement.
Manage the product backlog, prioritize based on impact, and ensure timely delivery with Agile teams.
Define and evolve a clear product vision aligned with user needs and business strategy.
Understand market trends and customer feedback to shape long- term product direction.
Write clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain strategic alignment and buy- in.

Experience running A/B or multi- variant experiments.
Strong ability to conduct thorough requirement analysis to ensure that the product meets the needs of users and stakeholders.
Experience working in Agile development teams.
Knowledge of App Store Optimization (ASO) and tools like AppTweak, Sensor Tower, or Storemaven
Strong collaboration with marketing/growth teams on user acquisition campaigns.
Experience in the document/PDF editing or productivity tools space.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic SQL for data querying and analysis.
2+ years of experience in product ownership or product management, preferably in mobile apps.
Strong ability to define product goals, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly.
Familiarity with or mobile development (iOS/Android).
Data- informed mindset; experience working with analytics tools and interpreting usage data.
Comfortable working with tools like Superset, GA4, or similar.
Proficient in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks that could impact the product’s development or success.
