Job description
Validation & Testing: Collaborate with QC teams to validate product deliverables, support UAT, and ensure quality outputs.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand market needs and ensure smooth communication between business and tech teams.
User Experience & Quality: Coordinate with UX/UI designers to ensure high- quality, user- friendly product outcomes.
Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from clients and users.
Backlog & Agile Execution: Support the creation and prioritization of product backlog in JIRA (or other Agile tools), and participate in sprint planning with an Agile mindset.
Product Documentation: Translate business needs and stakeholder requests into PRDs, wireframes, user stories, use cases, and diagrams for the development team.
Continuous Improvement: Support ongoing product improvement by gathering user feedback and identifying enhancements.
Your skills and experience
2 to 3 years of experience in product development for web and mobile apps.
A Bachelor&039;s degree in any field is welcomed.
Basic understanding of functional, emotional, and feasible aspects of UI/UX design.
Analytical thinking and problem- solving mindset.
Proficiency in product design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Axure RP.
Ability to work independently and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
Ability to conduct R&D from a business adaptation perspective.
Ability to optimize UI & UX performance during code- based production process.
Experience working on eCommerce, CRM or SaaS projects is a plus point.
