Product Owner (Mobile Game)

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner for our Mobile Game devision. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from game concept and design to development, launch, and live operations. You will work closely with developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure the mobile game delivers a top- tier user experience and meets both player expectations and business goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with development teams to turn requirements into detailed user stories, guiding the implementation of game features.
- Monitor KPIs such as user acquisition, retention, and monetization, and make data- driven decisions to optimize the product.
- Develop and drive the product vision and strategy for the mobile game, ensuring alignment with market demands and business objectives.
- Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features, content updates, and optimizations based on player feedback, data, and strategic goals.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies and ensure the game remains competitive.
- Work closely with cross- functional teams (Marketing, UA, Design) to ensure successful game launches and post- launch campaigns.
- Oversee the game&039;s live operations, including events, updates, and content releases, ensuring ongoing player engagement.

Knowledge:

- Deep understanding of mobile game development processes and lifecycle management.
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Game Producer, or related role in the mobile game industry.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross- functional teams.

Skill:

- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Demonstrate solid experience in user & market research, UX research, wire- framing, good aesthetics sense, backlog management.
- Ability to balance user experience and business needs to make strategic product decisions.
- Familiarity with game analytics, player behaviors, and monetization models (IAPs, ads, etc.).
