Product Owner Senior/Principal

Objective:

Work directly with relevant stakeholders to develop a detailed product roadmap for the Property Management platform, including feature lists, functional requirements, and UI wireframes.
Manage and execute the product development plan, ensuring adherence to defined budget, schedule, and scope.
Gather business requirements from property management operations, manage implementation, and serve as the technical project manager throughout the product lifecycle. This includes managing stakeholder expectations, documenting features, creating user guides, supporting testing, and owning user acceptance.
Collaborate with developers, partners, and customers to build websites and digital services that support real estate management goals and user needs.

Key Accountabilities:

Conduct business and user needs analysis to develop clear requirement documents and wireframes tailored to real estate operations.
Lead testing efforts: verify business requirements, manage user acceptance testing (UAT), and collaborate with QA and marketing for A/B testing.
Support go- live process and assist users post- deployment to ensure smooth adoption.
Stay up- to- date with technology trends, especially related to real estate, IoT, smarthomes, and modern UI/UX.
Deliver user training and create supporting documentation such as user manuals and FAQs.
Prepare user acceptance reports and feedback summaries.
Maintain and update documentation, user flows, and wireframes throughout the development lifecycle.
Translate business requirements into technical tasks and collaborate with internal developers and third- party vendors to ensure timely implementation.
Take ownership of product initiatives while demonstrating reliability and strong teamwork across departments.
Analyze user behavior and feedback from analytics reports to drive product improvements and feature enhancements.

Experience in real estate platforms, property operations, or resident- facing applications is highly preferred.

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software product development
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
