Product Owner, Zalopay Open Level

As a Product Owner at Zalopay, you will:

Collaborate across functions with Business, Marketing, Engineering, Design, Customer Support, and Partnerships to deliver seamless product experiences.
Lead product development by building roadmaps, writing product requirement documents (PRDs), managing backlogs, and working in Agile/Scrum teams.
Analyze user behavior and market trends to identify opportunities and guide product direction.
Own and develop products in domains such as personal finance (savings, investments), CRM, or other relevant financial solutions tailored to the Vietnamese market.

Fresher/Junior Product Owner

Proactive learning attitude and eagerness to grow in a dynamic fintech environment.
Good communication skills to coordinate with cross- functional teams.
Basic understanding of product management principles and the software development lifecycle.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market insights to support product decisions.

Middle Product Owner

Experience: 1–2 years as a Product Owner or in a related role.
Product management skills: Capable of writing clear PRDs, managing sprints, and setting priorities.
Data- driven mindset: Comfortable with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Metabase, Power BI) to support decision- making.
UX proficiency: Familiar with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Technical collaboration: Able to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with developers.

Senior Product Owner

Experience: 3–5+ years in product management, ideally in fintech or financial services.
Complex project handling: Able to manage multi- stakeholder projects with clear delivery outcomes.
Leadership: Experience mentoring junior team members and leading product squads.
Market knowledge: Strong understanding of the Vietnamese financial ecosystem and relevant regulations.
Strategic thinking: Ability to define long- term product strategy aligned with business goals.
