We are seeking a Product Sourcing & Market Intelligence Associate with around 2 years of relevant experience to support and partially own product selection and market analysis for Vietnam launches, primarily within the Living and Baby categories.This role sits between junior execution and senior decisionmaking. You will be expected to conduct independent analysis, form initial opinions, and support product launch decisions with clear data and structured logic.

Role Overview
*Key Responsibilities
Market & Competitive Analysis
• Conduct category and product- level analysis using tools such as metric.vn and other e- commerce data sources
• Analyze:
+ Key sellers and leading SKUs
+ Category size and growth, Pricing structures and competitive density
• Summarize findings into actionable insights for internal discussions
Product Competitiveness Assessment
• Analyze products developed by the Korea HQ in terms of:
+ Price positioning vs. Vietnam competitors
+ Differentiation and consumer value proposition
+ Product features, materials, and specifications
• Identify potential risks and gaps early in the launch decision process
Launch Candidate Support
• Help structure product pipelines (test items vs. core items)
• Prepare basic business cases and comparison materials for launch review
• Support the selection of Vietnam launch candidates
Import & Certification Review Support
• Research and summarize import and certification requirements (e.g., KB / Cong Bo)
• Flag potential issues related to cost, timing, or feasibility
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information
*Requirements
• Experience working with market data, reports, or dashboards
• Around 2 years of experience in e- commerce, consumer goods, consulting, or market research
• English proficiency (written & spoken)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize and interpret data

• Exposure to Living, Baby, or consumer product categories
• 100% salary during the probation; social insurance is contributed based on the full salary.
