We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Designer to join our team. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, user- centered design solutions for our platforms. You will leverage your expertise in UX principles, human behavior, and design aesthetics to craft engaging experiences that drive business results. Your ability to communicate effectively through design, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross- functional teams will be essential to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design improvements
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
Apply logical flow UX principles to ensure seamless, intuitive user experiences across multiple touchpoints
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet business requirements and technical feasibility
Develop and maintain our design language system, ensuring consistency across all products and platforms
Stay up- to- date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design solutions
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high- fidelity designs for e- commerce platforms, applications, and landing pages that meet business objectives and user needs
Design compelling, on- brand landing pages and marketing materials that effectively communicate product value propositions
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience, their needs, and behaviors to inform design decisions
What We’re Looking For:
2–3+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design (experience in E- commerce/Blockchain/AI industry is a plus).
Comfortable working in a fast- paced, cross- functional environment.
Proficiency with Figma (or similar design tools).
Good understanding of user behavior and UX principles.
A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, UX thinking, and visual skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have:
Basic knowledge of front- end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
Understanding of accessibility and responsive design.
Experience with usability testing or user interviews.
Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.
