Production Assistant Manager Unigen Vietnam Hanoi Co.Ltd

Plan, direct or coordinate the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products in according with cost, quality & quantity specifications
- Work with Manufacturing Director to develp operation strategy
- Plans, implements and executes actions to meet following key indicators:
- Cost control and waste reduction
- Productivity & Cycle Time Improvement
- Provide general supervision for direct labor & staffs
- Motivate team to meet production schedule with quality & on time delivery and help them grow thru training to develop their skills
- 5S
- WIP Control / Scrap & attrition
- Plan capacity ramp up proposal in terms of manpowers, machines or spaces, etc
- Ensure measurement system is implemented to track process performance
- Manage daily production activities including production schedule review, material issues follow up, aging work orders, resource management (people, machine, etc.) and procedure development and implementation
- On- time Delivery
- Drive 5’s activities and projects improvement on production floor
- Yields / Quality Improvement

- Critical thinking and excellent problems solving skills
- Basic Quality standard, ISO 9001 & 14001 and Industrial safety concept / knowledge
- Excellent Communications & Mediating skills
- Ability to interact well with others at various levels with the organization. Ability to motivate co- workers, colleagues and others
- At least 5 years in a management / supervisory position in an electronics manufacturing environment
- Good analytical skills required when dealing with diverse complex situations, with accurate assessment of anticipated consequences
- Knowledgeable of materials, production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture
- Ability to recognize, train and develop supervisors / operators
- Academic / Functional skills to perform assigned tasks
- SMT knowledge is a plus
- Ability to operate in a systematic and logical manner when dealing with complex situations, including managing diverse demands
