Production Manager

The one who is highest position in Blow film department to maintain and develop all task of operations. Cooperating and reporting to Operation Manager, local leadership team, regional team in terms of implementation.
Job Responsibilities
Our Partner seeks an accomplished Production Manager with experience in the flexible packaging industry. The main purpose of this position is to be responsible to assess, control, implement, improve, or enhance processes and carry out the safety, productivity, quality, people development, product development.

Consulting with machine manufacturers and conducting experiments to determine the optimal settings for the machines, aiming to correct or enhance the production process.
Making reports as requested by management and making sure they are accurate, up- to- date and delivered in a timely manner.
Developing new production processes for effectiveness and consistency.
Analyzing existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in terms of efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost- effectiveness.
Performing other tasks that may be assigned by direct Manager.
Training employees and monitoring operations to maintain standardized processes and achieve process stability.
Analyzing and identifying causes of production process problems, proposing solutions, and implementing them.
Addressing any equipment- related issues that emerge.
Leading team in implementing various Kaizen projects.
Coordinating with relevant departments, regions, and segments to drive efficient practices and reduce losses.
Working with R&D and Technical Development to ensure that the development of new products and raw materials aligns with sustainable systems and procedures.
Designing or improving tools in the production line to enhance product quality and productivity.

Good communication skills.
Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience in coordinating with different departments to solve problems in an efficient manner.
General process analysis and good knowledge of raw materials, chemistry of adhesives and film packaging.
At least 10 years of working experience in production management.
Engineering background with 02 – 04 years of working experience and proven track record in the field of Bottle Blowing, Blown Film Extrusion, or Film Metallizationpreferably/ plastic lamination or PET manufacturing.
Strong theoretical and operational experience with blown film extrusion machinery and other related machinery.
Analytical thinking and problem- solving skills.
