Production Manager

Co- operate with Planning, CSD, purchasing and maintenance to meet target of factory plan
Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed
Manage adherence to prescribed procedures and ensure first- pass quality meets or exceeds planned goals;
Do training and coaching Foreman/Team leader in managing and leading team
Follow up with warehouse and purchasing to make sure all resources (material, tools and machines) adapt production requirement
Ensure implementation and evolution of safety procedure;
Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
Co- operate with planning, CSD and loading teams to deliver finished goods on time
Track competencies of subordinates and provide leadership and development to achieve objectives;
Implement and drive continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practices;
Work with maintenance team to maintain all machines and tools in good condition
Monitor product standards and implement quality- control programs;
Ensure that production is cost- effective, timely and of good quality.
Work with General Manager- Plants and the heads of other department managers to implement the company&039;s policies and goals;
Oversee the production process, draw up production schedules;
Manage production report, solve problem if any, and report to General Manager of Plants for production situation
Respond to production planning and keep up to date with production methods and technology.
Coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedures for all production operations;
Supervise and motivate a team of workers;
Draft a timescale for the job estimate costs and set quality standards.

Accounting and stock management skills
Good delegation skills and strong characteristics
University Degree of Mechanical Engineering
Good problem- solving and decision- making skill
Strong command of English
At least 5years’ experience as ProductionManager in mechanical and steel structure fabrication factory, candidates with experience in pre- engineered buildings (PEB) is much preferable
Have knowledge about costing and budgeting
Strong leadership skills
Good communication with team members
Good organizational and planning skills
