Production Manager

Our client is a supplier of automotive power and signal distribution devices (Electric & Electronic Distribution Systems). They are seeking motivated and results- driven individuals to join our team as Production Manager:

Develop implementation plans, control, and coordinate delivery schedules.
Direct, inspect, expedite, and adjust the progress of production plans to meet delivery schedules.
Manage personnel, equipment usage, production organization, labor safety, and 5S in the factory.
Develop and improve production processes to enhance product quality.
Establish a management and control system for assets in the production workshop.
Advise and consult the Board of Directors and the Sales Department on new product designs.
Advise and consult the Board of Directors and the Sales Department on new product designs.
Receive orders, plan production monthly, weekly, and daily to ensure quality, output, progress, and production efficiency.
Other tasks related to the production department as required by the management.
Receive information and report to relevant departments about the status of goods.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

General business thinking, analytical and strategy thinking.
At least 05 years experience in production management.
Solid technical knowledge about production technology and machine; Adequate knowledge of business and management principles.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Management, Manufacturing, Engineeringor related fields.
Good command ofEnglish.
Strong communication, leadership, project management and decision- making skills.
