• Attention to detail. Strong in 5S deployment and shopfloor management.
• Experience in reporting on key production metrics.
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
• Strong decision- making skills and a results- driven approach.
• Contributes and sets an example for the whole organisation.
• Previous experience working for a multinational company that understands the value of working in a diverse environment.
• Prefer those with experience setting up new production departments or operations.
• Creative and innovative, not only in planning but also knowing how to execute.
• Be able to travel several times during the year to different parts of the work (including overseas trips).
• Interpersonal skills: demonstrate a high level of collaboration, teamwork, focus on staff wellness, a proactive and service- oriented attitude, and a high level of personal and professional ethics.
• Creates a culture of openness and transparency.
• Minimum of 5 years as a people leader.
• Preferred experience working with people from other cultures.
• Strong experience and deep know- how in production procedures.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Very good command of both spoken and written English
• University degree, engineering or technical fields is preferred.
