Production Manager

Participate in Employee Training.
Participate in Internal Audits and Evaluations.
Organize and Implement Production- related Guidelines and Procedures.
Participate in New Product Development.
Control Changes.
Production Preparation: Plan, check HSL and warehouse release documents, production batch records, and production processes. Organize the receipt, transportation, storage, and preservation of raw materials.
Manage and Utilize Assets Under Responsibility.
Manage Risks in the Production Process.
Participate in Validation Activities.
Participate in Customer Complaint Resolution: Implement corrective and preventive actions.
Production: Organize the production process, packaging, and coordinate sampling.
Control Non- conformance in Production.
Warehouse Entry and Batch Completion: Preserve and store separately, complete production records, warehouse entry, and summarize resources regarding labor and raw material consumption.

Other Requirements: Honest, accurate, ambitious, able to handle pressure.

Foreign Language: English
Experience in the Position: At least 3 years
Computer Skills: Office computing
