Participate in a disciplinary meeting for employees when receiving notice from HR department.

Operating and managing all activities in the production process:
Monitor and take responsibility for compliance with the customer requirements on labor, safety- health- environment within in the company
Following & checking all the related reports sush as: Productivity- Quality and customer reports
Make a plan on the working time, submit to BOD for approval and information related departments to consider and implement.
Inform the orders plan information to Supervisor and line leader
Participate in building the targets, plans, and programs for annually of the production area
Make decisions and solve all problems that arising in production
Participate in meetings with related departments
Production progress control: monitoring, adjusting the plan allocate in accordance with actual situation to optimize production efficiency and keep up with shipment schedule
Participate in Lean, MI, CI programs that requested by customers
Operating and personnel managing of Cutting and Materials WH, finished good warehouse
Participate in activities related to the system sush as security in the company: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 45001 CTPAT, product safety,…
Implementation of technical innovations in the company
Keep and check shipping schedule- information to the import- export department on related issues
