We are seeking a Production Manager to lead operations at our chemical mixing facility. This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement, optimizing blending and filling processes, expanding production capacity, and ensuring cost- effective, high- quality output. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for operational excellence.
Description
* Lead capacity expansion projects, ensuring seamless integration of new equipment and systems.
* Manage manufacturing budgets and control production costs while maintaining quality standards.
* Manage production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet customer demand.
* Lead manufacturing improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
* Align with factory growth roadmap to assess future capacity needs and propose scalable solutions.
* Monitor and achieve KPIs including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
* Optimize labor, equipment, and material utilization to meet production targets and minimize waste.
* Analyze KPIs and production data to uncover actionable improvement opportunities.
* Identify and resolve inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and quality issues in blending and filling operations.
* Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure timely, high- quality, and cost- effective output.
Profile
* Bachelor&039;s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum 5- 7 years of experience in production management within chemical or manufacturing industries.
* Hands- on experience with automation, blending/filling operations, and capacity expansion projects.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and cross- functional collaboration skills.
* Proven track record in Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and data- driven decision- making.
* Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English.
