Cost Reduction & Saving
Make detail production plans and assign work to implementation departments.
Build the Innovative & Responsible Team Spirits
Collect and evaluate data on production efficiency of each department in the factory. Propose solutions to increase production efficiency.
Manage all factories / working environment / all machineries aligned with Brand SEA Policy
Manage Communication channel to all production team & other departments
Monitor production progress and fix problems if any occur.
Safety / SEA / ME(Innovation) / Facility Management
Quality Management (Determine Quality Control Standards)
Responsible to superiors for reporting production status and progress
Production Management (Production Schedule – Input / Output, Set Management (Sole/Uppers), Outsourcing Warehousing
Workforce Management (Recruit, Training & Retaining)

Bachelor degree or above. Preferred Major related with Footwear & Design
Over than 05 years of Footwear Manufacturing, Production & Management Experience
Strong Leadership to innovate Productivity & maintain team members
Target- Oriented Mindset – Productivity / Quality / Sustainability
Proficient in using office information technology (Microsoft Office software, Mail, Internet, Power point…)
Proficiency in English / Korean preferred
Great knowledge in Footwear Manufacturing & Production.
Strong Communication Skills with other Departments
Have skills in managing and motivating employees
