Promoting a safe and compliant work environment.
Take responsibility as a member for an integrated management system (IMS) relating to production and maintenance overall: communicate IMS policy, and KPI; track periodical KPI; establish or revise documentation; prepare for internal audit, certification body audit, customer audit, complete correction, corrective action report (if any), prepare input for management review, give proposed improvement idea (if any).
Coordinating with other business units to align production with overall goals.
Addressing and resolving any production- related issues promptly.
Ensuring the availability of materials, machinery, and labor while maintaining cost control.
Ensuring that products meet quality and safety standards.
Managing the end- to- end production of wheels, ensuring quality and timeliness.
Supervising and motivating production staff, providing training, and resolving conflicts.
Keeping production costs within budget while maintaining efficiency.
