Production Manager Spring Production

We are looking for a candidate with a strong proven background in all aspects of graphic and digital production to help manage a busy and exciting department at our Ho Chi Minh office. This challenging position goes across many different clients and competencies, from creative graphic design to pure technical artwork. So, we are looking for a solid ‘all- rounder’ with experience in running a busy department to join as part of our management team. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring that the appropriate Quality Assurance processes are in place to maintain the highest level of quality on deliverables
- Bi- annual ‘Employee Development’ meetings with subordinates
- Ensure correct resource are allocated to tasks and ensuring that resource is available as requested
- Budget Tracking
- Staff performance monitoring and annual performance appraisal
- Work with innovation team to explore optimization possibilities
- Daily production plans to ensure tasks are delivered on time
- Managing team leads and supervisors
- Reporting of team data and status to Senior management
- Leading by example
- Daily monitoring of task and projects to ensure that budgets and timelines are kept
- Engage in and promote company social activities
- Staff development training activities and recommendations
- Any task as assigned by Head of Department or Senior management

- Diligence, reliability and responsibility are a must
- Professional, flexible and approachable working style
- BA/ BS Degree related to graphic design or similar relevant qualification
- Vietnamese verbal communication a distinct advantage
- Ability to work independently as well as willingly to support colleagues as a team
- Good English communication, both in verbal and written
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Applications
- Web Design, UX/UI knowledge in distinct advantage
- At least 7+ years working in graphic design with brochures, magazines, leaflets, web design etc.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking ability
- At least 2+ years in a junior/mid- level management position
- Knowledge of Microsoft office software applications
- Excellent soft skills and people management
- Able to work under high pressure, be result- oriented and capable of multi- tasking
