Production Manager Unigen Vietnam Hanoi Co.Ltd

- Work with Manufacturing Director to develop operation strategy
- Plans, implements and executes actions to meet following key indicators:
- Yields / Quality Improvement
- Plan capacity ramp up proposal in terms of manpower&039;s, machines or spaces, etc.
- 5S
- Direct the overall production floor including Line Leads and operators engaged in manufacturing activities including but not limited to training and supervising. Maintain a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with safety standards as well as policies & procedures
- Productivity & Cycle Time Improvement
- Motivate team to meet production schedule with quality & on time delivery and help them grow thru training to develop their skills
- Cost control and waste reduction
- Provide general supervision for direct labor staffs
- WIP Control / Scrap & attrition
- On- time Delivery
- Ensure measurement system is implemented to track process performance
- Manage daily production activities including production schedule review, material issues follow up, aging work orders, resource management (people, machine, etc.) and procedure development and implementation
- Drive 5’s activities and projects improvement on production floor

- Ability to operate in a systematic and logical manner when dealing with complex situations, including managing diverse demands
- Academic / Functional skills to perform assigned tasks
- Knowledgeable of materials, production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture
- Excellent Communications & Mediating skills
- Good analytical skills required when dealing with diverse complex situations, with accurate assessment of anticipated consequences
- At least 5 years in a management position in an electronics manufacturing environment
- Critical thinking and excellent problems solving skills
- Ability to interact well with others at various levels with the organization. Ability to motivate co- workers, colleagues and others
