Production Manager - URGENT

Material Control- Production tool –Jig
- Set up weekly production plans for each process of the factory
- Set up a monthly production plan for all Sale orders
- Manage material defects, make decisions to continue production or stop production
- Control the import and export of warehouses to report on the situation of import and export of finished products monthly
- Synthesize, report and analyze daily, weekly, monthly production results
- Handling onhol materials, defective materials find a solution and report how to handle it
- Directly control with the warehouse and production in periodically inventorying all kinds of billet, semi- finished products and tube.
Production planning activities management
- Making improvement plans for related parts to improve production efficiency .save costs
- Summarize reports on movement and inventory of materials and finished products
- Manage delivery activities, make delivery status reports according to production plan
- Control orders from sales department, coordinate racking department to plan production.
- Adjust the plan to suit the production situation
Operation plan and improvement: discuss detail on interview date.

Mandatory Qualification
Degree
- Bachelor
Major
- Mechanical, hydraulic, electrical
Experience
- At least 3 years of production experience
- Steel companies (forging, rolling, steel manufacturing, injection, etc.)
Skills/Licenses
- Mechanical, hydraulic, electrical
Language
- Good communication English, Korean speakers preferred
