Production Manager

- Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations.
- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
- Enforce health and safety precautions
- Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality
- Ensure output meets quality standards
- Estimating costs and preparing budgets , Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
- Review and forecast maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc. for minimal downtime
- Organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
- Report to upper management on key metrics or issues impacting production
- Monitor production to resolve issues
- Liaising with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
- Motivating, supporting and providing guidance to production staff

- Proven experience as production control
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
- Outstanding communication ability
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics
- Strong decision- making skills and a results- driven approach
- Attention to detail
- BSc/ Ba in business administration or relevant field.
- Deep knowledge of production management
- Thunderbird of quality standards and health & safety regulations
