Production Planning Executive

Monitor and adjust the plan based on customer requirements, available materials, machines, tools, and processes;
Perform other necessary tasks as suggested by the Head
Commitment to comply with the Company&039;s core values of safety, people, innovation and collective spirit.
Suggest ideas to promote and improve productivity to higher levels.
Make sure reports are accurate and on time
Information and reporting on the plan implementation to the Head;
Send information of raw material demand per month to Supply chain for confirmation. Coordinate with warehouse management to make an order to open raw materials for each order
Coordinate with Production team to confirm the production plan. Make daily production schedule for each Part number based on the available machines, for process and for current headcount at each Production team or opposite.
Clearly explain the instructions of the superiors to the team staff
Update on time unforeseen issues can be affect to on time delivery to related departments. Analyze the reasons for late delivery to customer or production plan made.
Follow up the work in process and update the actual production result daily, weekly and monthly to ensure to meet the output item and on time delivery to warehouse. Expediting production units, coordinate with relative departments such as Quality Assurance team, Package team to always follow the production schedule, to ensure to meet the shipment plan and on time delivery to warehouse as promised date.
Specific planning to know the delivery time
Plan weekly and monthly production and master production plan of all current open orders (within Jobs assigned scope) based on order requirements.
Make the most of available machines and equipment, manhours for planning. Send the Production Plan to relative departments to perform.

At least 02 years of experience in production management, production planning, or equivalent.
Ability to use MS office or job related software at proficiency level
Ability to organize, arrange and coordinate work in an assigned team
Ability to read and understand technical materials in English
Flexibility in production planning
