Production Planning Staff (New Factory) - (Temporary)

Comply with labor safety process and company regulations.
Control material stock for continuous production operations.
Liaise with customers and negotiate the delivery schedule based on the resource status.
Master data management using SAP, Oracle and Asprova software.
Optimize planning to get the shortest production lead times.
Make and adjust the shipment plans, issue production orders.
Contribute kaizen ideas about inventory and production control.
Liaise with other concerned departments for production control problem resolutions.
Take the orders, analyze, and aggregate the data to make monthly production plan and delivery schedule, follow- up the actual production progress.
Make the daily report on the production progress to the Head of Group.

Be willing to sign 12- month temporary contract
Language: English communication and writing.
Can commute by motorbike to work.
Have good analytical, strategic thinking, time management skills.
Education: University/ College
Have knowledge of production control and planning operations and at least 01 year of experience as planning staff.
Be capable of handling multi- tasks, prioritizing and working with accuracy and attention to detail.
Be proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Be capable of working well with management and staff at all levels.
