Production-Process Engineer Qualifications

We are now seeking a Process Engineer to learn the production process overseas and create all SOPs and work instructions for it (English Vietnamese) to be used shortly next year when installing this line in Vietnam. The Process Engineer will build a production team for the Vietnam factory to run this machine on- site in Nhon Trach, Dong Nai 2025.

Experience in setting up the production team, setting up the new production line
Advanced technical skills.
Performing process simulations and troubleshooting issues.
Demonstrate good judgment and good problem- solving skills.
Experience working with CAD and AutoCAD or related software.
Knowledge and experience in setting up production processes, SOPs, Work instructions…
Have experience with PLC control systems; Lean and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
Can commute to the workplace at Nhon Trach II, Dong Nai on her/his own.
Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards.
Fluently in English in both speaking and writing
Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Internet, and ERP), process engineering software systems
Ability to project manage.
Minimum 5 years of experience in process or production engineer Position
Vietnamese not more than 45 years old
Minimum engineer degree in electric, electronic, automation, or a related field
Can work independently and be a team player.
Well organized with good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Be able to travel abroad for training or business trips sometimes
Benefits:

30 K VND for a meal/one working day.
