Production-Process Supervisor

We are now seeking a Production- Process Supervisor to create all SOPs and work instructions for new production team (English Vietnamese). This position leads to build up production team for a new production site in Vietnam for the US- based cooperation in Nhon Trach II- Loc Khang.

Experience working with CAD and AutoCAD or related software.
Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineer or production supervisor
Knowledge and experience in setting up production processes, SOPs, Work instructions…
Vietnamese not more than 45 years old
Experience in setting up the production team, setting up the new production line
Demonstrate good judgment and good problem- solving skills.
Performing process simulations and troubleshooting issues.
Fluently in English in both speaking and writing
Can commute to the workplace at Nhon Trach II, Dong Nai on her/his own.
Ability to project manage.
Can work independently and be a team player.
Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Internet, and ERP), process engineering software systems
Have experience with PLC control systems; Lean and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
Advanced technical skills.
Be able to travel abroad for training or business trips sometimes
Minimum engineer degree in electric, electronic, automation, or a related field
Well organized with good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards.
Benefits:
30 K VND for a meal/one working day.
Salary: negotiation from 1 KUSD gross
13th month salary
