Production Procurement Specialist

As a Production Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing the procurement of production materials and services, ensuring the delivery of high- quality outputs on time and within budget.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues related to procurement, including delays, quality concerns, and budget overruns.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with the agency&039;s policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards.
Quality Control: Oversee the quality of materials and services procured, conducting regular assessments to ensure they meet the agency&039;s standards.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to achieve the best value for the agency and its clients.
Sourcing and Procurement: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for production materials and services, including print, digital, and event production.
Coordination: Work closely with the account management to understand project requirements and timelines.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on procurement activities, including cost savings, vendor performance, and project status.
Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring they meet quality standards and delivery timelines.
Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for production projects, tracking expenses and ensuring cost efficiency.

Detail- oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines. Strong problem- solving abilities and a team player.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a creative agency or production environment.
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Familiarity with production processes and materials in the creative industry, including print, digital, and event production.
