PRODUCTION SCHEDULING MANAGER

Key responsibilities

Involve in pre- order review, order review to have
Develop procedure and lead the team to make production schedules based on demand planning
·Collaborate with cross function to make sure all preparation is ready to deploy the schedule to production
MFG cost monitoring
Training & coaching team to ensure team have capable to handle effective and efficiency job
Build data collection system and loss analysis related to MFG such as: Productivity, WIP, production value, quantity per each work center or department to track MFG performance and opportunity for improvement
Daily/Weekly/Month report basic
Update and monitoring production capacity
Manage inventory of tooling/consumable in production
Monitoring production progress and resolve issues impact to plan to ensure plan achieve on time, in- full
Leading, evaluation, feedback and motivate team

Key skills and experience
· Time – Management, Problem Solving, Project Management
· >=5 year in same role in MNC
· Routing, BOM, Manpower planning
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial management
· Experience in ERP, Odoo
· Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel, Data Analys, Power BI
· Leadership, Change Management, Presentation, Pro- active
· Proficiency in English
· Furniture industry experience
· Experience: Demand and supply planning, Capacity planning, inventory, production scheduling, cost management, KPIs tracking
