Production Supervisor - Digital Printing Machine / Giám sát vận hành máy in Kỹ thuật số

We are looking for an experienced Digital Printing Machine Operation Supervisor to lead our printing operations team. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient workflow, maintain high- quality standards, and oversee the operation and maintenance of digital printing equipment.

Maintaining communication between employees and senior executives to ensure procedures and policies are well- understood
Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources
Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires
Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency
Organizing training and operational manuals for the production team
Ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility
Managing outsourcing suppliers
Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals
Supervising operations within a facility to achieve higher output

Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment such as Indigo Digital Press, Fuji Xerox Press, Sato Laser Printer, Digital UV Inkjet Press.
Ability to write reports legibly and accurately.
IT skills, especially using data analysis software such as ERP, HP Site flow, and other printing- related software.
Minimum 3 years management experience within a printing environment.
Excellent organization, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
High School graduate or equivalent.
Excellent problem- solving skills, and a strong work ethics.
Extensive manufacturing supervisory experience is required, second shift experience preferred.
Relevant training and certification in industrial production, engineering, or any related field.
Ability to create and adhere to production processes.
