• Assisting the director with projects and office tasks
• Prepare workload and schedule for each project and report weekly progress to the Board of Directors...
• Attend regular design meetings with the client and consultants, ensuring continued progress of the design aspects of the project.
• Planning, scheduling and overall budgetary responsibility for the project and ensure that project remains on time schedule and within budget.
• Technical deployment to get quotes from construction contractors and manage construction and installation costs
• Develop the business and to get new clients.
• Consult with client for proposed design changes and evaluation of their impact on schedule and budget.
• Align with Contractors to resolve technical issues on site.
• Ensure at all times good communication channels are maintained between the design team, contractors, suppliers and clients.
• Find and built relationship with investor domestic market and oversea
• Research analysis the new market and report
• Working directly with Vietnamese clients and suppliers on behalf of director
• Arrange meeting schedule with clients, contractors
• Built of the Strategy for Business Development Department and presentation with Director board
• Operation price, schedule, and contract for the project
• Report to DOB about the status of business
• Determine work Procedures on site, prepare Work Schedule, advise about Technical Drawing Set development.
• Ensuring Projects are executed using agreed Specifications / Standards / Design Guides and drawings.
• Manage the client &039;s expectations to be in line with the contractual requirements, including: managing change requests and variations; managing issues that arise from the contract with the client;

• Advanced knowledge of design requirements and specifications.
• Proactive, Critical thinking (know how to deal with an issue logically/ on time)
• Communication skill
• Client- Oriented (know how to balance between client’s benefit and company’s capability)
• Collaborative (know how to work with other departments flexibly to solve problems)
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear reports, meeting minutes and chair meetings.
• Good working knowledge of software used in project management design including AutoCAD, Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Education: Bachelor of Architecture or Interior Design
• Good management skills, including demonstrable negotiation skills and inter- personal skills.
• Experience: 03 to 05 years of experience in Design Management/Coordination.
• Proficient in written and spoken English is a pre- requisite.
