Project Coordinator

– Market Research and Analysis

Conduct research on IT markets and IT industry trends to identify investment opportunities.
Analyze competitors and monitor economic conditions.

– Due Diligence

Support the team to conduct financial, legal, and operational due diligence on targeted companies.
Support the team to evaluate risks and analyze profitability.

Contract Negotiation

Support the team to negotiate investment and joint venture agreements.

– Build relationships with stakeholders

Propose improvement measures as necessary.
Post- investment management
Monitor the performance of portfolio companies and prepare reports.

– Reporting and Presentations

Prepare reports and presentations for investment committees and management.
Provide essential information for decision- making.

– Others
Other tasks assigned by General Manager

Qualification and experience:

Bachelor’s degree or higher education
Experience in digital marketing or investment field is preferable
At least 02 years of working experience as a full- time job

Personality and social skills:

Eager to learn new things
Honest, tenacious, able to understand and be close to others, and trustworthy.

Skills and knowledge:

Marketing and finance skills preferred
English: Upper intermediate level

Computer Skill:

Proficient in PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)

Others:

Either gender is acceptable.
Looking for someone between the ages of 24- 34 years old with at least 2- 3 years of working experience.
Expected to be onboard: beginning of Dec 2024
