Your role
You will be liaising between our service teams and the clients, handling day- to- day projects’ operations to deliver quality outputs in a timely manner. What you get to work on and manage will develop naturally as you progress further in your career at InBold.
Roles and Responsibilities
Project management:
Monitor projects’ performance on a daily basis to ensure delivering projects on time with high quality.
Work closely with Service teams to have an efficient resource allocation.
Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and time frame.
Issue invoices after getting projects done.
Maintain professional relationships with all clients by holding regular meetings.
Workflow overview & Optimization:
Analyze clients’ profile in coordination with Team lead according to specifications and prepare requested reports to serve for evaluation purposes.
Work closely with Team lead and other stakeholders to review workflow and propose optimization ideas
Qualifications and requirements
Strong English communication.
Able to multi- task across multi- faceted projects.
Be proactive and timely support project teams to ensure quality, accuracy and practicality of all tasks.
Hands- on experience with managing clients and teams.
Able to adapt to change and respond positively when facing new challenges.
2- 3 years of working experience, preferably in Project Management field.
Working schedule
You will be working in shifts to engage with our clients around the world who operate in different time zones from ours. Shifts will be rotated weekly, and arranged by team leader.
