Project Management Officer

Report and escalate to CEO as needed
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Manage great relationship with the client and all stakeholders; establish and maintain good relationships with third parties/vendors
Make sure that all projects are delivered on- time, within scope & budget; maintain product quality (Abivin vRoute) and bring great customer satisfaction
Assemble and lead project team (Scrum methods preferred) to make sure the most important and urgent tasks are completed first, engage the whole team into common project goal
Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and make sure of technical feasibility
Develop a detailed plan to monitor project progress, measure member performance
Use appropriate techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs, to minimize risks

Excellent client- facing and internal communication skills
Strong working knowledge of Google Suite
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands- on experience in software development, web/mobile/server technologies
Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi- tasking skills
Strong and fluent English (emphasis on Speaking and Writing).
Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
