As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and ensuring successful delivery of hybrid cloud- based projects within our organization. This role requires an experienced individual who is familiar with cloud technologies, project management methodologies and possess strong communication skills. You will be tasked to work closely external parties for alignment of schedule and test criteria while collaborating and organizing internal teams to provide timely execution, and delivery of both technical and business objectives.
Responsibility:
Able to develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, resource requirements, and deliverables
Coordinate tasks between internal teams including architects, developers and QA engineers etc.
Proactive in communication and performing regular project updates to all stakeholders
Familiar with best practices of cloud deployment for optimal security, performance and resources requirements
Experienced in working with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, task priority and success criteria
Perform risk assessment and highlight potential issues that may impact project deliverables or timeline.
Takes initiative in using tools for efficient organization and planning of project schedule, delivery and task allocation
Embrace a culture of continuous improvement Incorporates feedback and learning points into future project planning
Experienced with the delivery and deployment of hybrid cloud projects including the various components and phases within
Effective in preparing regular documentation for transparency, knowledge transfer, and handing over of project delivery
Qualifications:
Familiar and experience in usage of JIRA and Confluence
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Good proficiency of English language (Both written and spoken)
Ability to work with teams across different countries
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Good understanding and proficiency in public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Relevant Project Management certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
Ability to adapt to a fast- paced and dynamic work environment.
Basic understanding in containerization technologies (eg. Kubernetes, Dockers etc)
Knowledge of DevOps practices is desirable
Proven experience managing projects within ICT sector
Familiarity with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.
Basic understanding in hypervisor and virtualization technologies (eg. VMware, Proxmox etc)
