Project Manager

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.
Other tasks are assigned by the CEO.
Manage the workflow, oversee the operations of the technical team and assign tasks to team members according to their skills and expertise;
Serve as a point of contact for the CEO, offering advice and recommendations on project- related matters;
Make budget proposals, ensure that a project stays on budget by actively monitoring and reallocating funds as necessary;
Identify and mitigate project risks, and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution;
Monitor project progress, performance metrics, provide updates and drive decision- making;
Create a payment process for customers;
Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget;
Conduct data analysis to derive insights and inform project decisions, as needed;
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements, and ensure project objectives are met;

Strong leadership, communication (in both Vietnamese and English), and interpersonal skills;
Have experience working closely with the IT department, software development and web technology;
Have a personal laptop;
Have excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating effectively with others;
Knowledge of project management such as Scrum, Agile, or Waterfall;
Have a good knowledge of CRM system, data analysis techniques, Google development, SEO Google, and programming languages;
Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in similar roles.
Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion;
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Administration, or related field;
Can multitask, work well under pressure, strong attention to detail, and work efficiently to meet strict deadlines;
Ability to work effectively in a fast- paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
