The Project Manager will be responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. This role often works on cross- functional teams and is responsible for turning the project team’s goals into concrete success. This role also collaborate closely with the Maintenance & Facility Manager/ Engineering team ensures that the clubs’ physical infrastructure and aesthetic appeal are maintained to the highest standards when operating. The ideal candidate is someone experienced in managing teams, capable of driving the full project life cycle, managing and attaining key objectives and understanding the technical aspects to efficiently manage the project team.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Design, manage design and manage bidding.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on- time, within scope and within budget.
Manage the relationship with all stakeholders.
Make plan and check construction works includes procedure, equipment, manpower requirements and works in combination with other constructors.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Check and approve as- built document for handover.

Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Manage works related to technical methods during construction time as well as pre- construction.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
Monitor work progress, solve conflicts and problems.
Performing other duties as assigned by the Management Board.
Check and supervise quality of materials, equipment used for the work according to design requirement.
Attend meetings with relevant parties for updating project progress.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
