IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Promote collaboration and effective communication within the team
Coordinate cross- functional teams including developers, QA, designers, and stakeholders
Remove obstacles that impact team productivity
Ensure timely and quality delivery of product increments
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management
Coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum framework
Manage, and deliver IT projects according to project timeline
Work closely with Product Owner to manage and refine the product backlog
Track and report team performance metrics (velocity, sprint progress, etc.)
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand- up, Sprint Review, Retrospective)

Requirements

Proven experience managing IT or software development projects
Strong organizational and problem- solving abilities
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, MS Project)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
3+ years of experience in project management or IT project delivery
