End- to- End Project Management
Control project objectives to ensure alignment with timeline, scope, budget, and expected quality.
Manage project issues and propose adjustments to keep progress on track.
Define criteria for project Go- live.
Organize handover sessions and training for the operations team.
Develop project plans, monitor progress, and manage project budgets.
Scope Management
Define and control the scope of work.
Assess change requests and propose appropriate solutions.
Ensure consistency between project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Schedule and Quality Management
Track and report project progress to management.
Monitor quality of deliverables and apply corrective measures when needed.
Risk Management
Identify and assess potential project risks.
Develop mitigation and contingency plans.
Monitor risks and regularly update stakeholders.
Stakeholder Communication & Coordination
Act as the primary bridge between all project stakeholders.
Resolve issues or conflicts during project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Product Owner to build roadmaps and implementation strategies.
Prepare and deliver regular and ad- hoc reports.
Anticipate risks and prepare contingency plans.
Foster collaboration and engagement within the team.
Support project team members to complete their assigned tasks.
Manage and coordinate all project tasks/backlogs to ensure alignment with established timelines.
Lead projects under Agile/Scrum methodology.
Address arising issues and escalate to senior management when necessary.
Develop project plans, define resource requirements, and prepare necessary documentation.
Required Knowledge & Skills
Familiar with Agile methodology and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Capable of working both independently and in a team environment.
Understanding of business processes in the Finance/Banking industry is a plus.
Ability to analyze information, synthesize data, and prepare professional reports.
Proven ability to lead project teams to meet defined objectives.
