Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross- functional teams in developing innovative products and features for the securities industry. This role involves managing projects from concept to launch while ensuring alignment with market needs, client expectations, and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues promptly, and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, track progress, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
Oversee the end- to- end delivery of product development projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.
Collaborate with business analysts, web developers, data analysts, and other key stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
Conduct post- project evaluations and recommend improvements to enhance future project outcomes.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst, preferably within the financial services, e- commerce, startup, or software sectors.
Bachelor‘s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in designing web applications, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.
Practical experience with project methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, etc.
