Project Oversight & Delivery
Manage priorities dynamically, coordinating resources across departments to achieve optimal progress and productivity.
Take full responsibility for the planning, execution, and delivery of R&D projects, ensuring they meet defined quality benchmarks and are completed on schedule.
Build and maintain comprehensive project roadmaps that cover milestone planning, iteration schedules, and testing checkpoints.
Cross- Functional Collaboration
Encourage collaborative problem- solving and consistency in execution across regions.
Foster transparent and efficient communication between Vietnam- based teams and headquarters through regular updates and bilingual discussions in Chinese and English.
Act as the operational bridge connecting R&D, design, art, and QA teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Requirements & Quality Alignment
Drive continuous improvement in quality assurance and data validation practices.
Partner with QA to validate deliverables, ensure testing feedback is properly addressed, and verify that features perform as intended.
Translate complex product requirements into actionable development plans, breaking down priorities and tracking their progress to completion.
Risk Mitigation & Issue Resolution
Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and blockers early in the project cycle; lead corrective actions and mitigation plans.
Maintain clear, data- driven reporting to management on progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation when necessary.
Team Enablement & Process Improvement
Mentor and support junior and mid- level members, assigning tasks strategically to enhance individual and team efficiency.
Evaluate and refine project management processes, tools, and workflows to strengthen collaboration within multi- national teams.
Contribute to building a results- oriented, structured, and accountable project management culture.
Job Requirements
Resilient, detail- oriented, and highly capable of performing under pressure in a fast- paced production environment.
Proficiency in Chinese (able to attend and lead discussions with the HQ team). Fluency in English or Vietnamese is advantageous.
Strong technical literacy and understanding of frontend or client- side development pipelines, enabling effective communication with engineers and designers.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Hands- on familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and experience using project management tools.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to coordinate multiple teams across time zones.
5+ years of experience in the game development industry, including at least 2 years in project or production management roles.
