Glohow helps businesses go global. Our solutions and services include co-publishing of mobile games and applications, strategy consultation, marketing, PR, product development, project management, LiveOps management, localization, media content production, design, and arts.
In this role, you will lead the detailed planning and management of our new B2B2C marketplace platform. You will be working cross-functionally to ensure the timely delivery of product development. This role is based in Vietnam (HCM) and requires frequent travel to Singapore, and Thailand (Bangkok) to coordinate between product and development teams.

Your role & responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Product Manager, Development Team, and third parties/vendors to ensure timely launch of the product.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, risks, and budget.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation for successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Measure and report on project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Escalate issues to management as needed, and manage stakeholder expectations by providing regular project status updates.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Oversee and ensure the highest quality standards throughout the product development cycle.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for all project-related activities.
Your skills & qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or its equivalent;
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project management;
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results;
- Technical knowledge of full-stack web development and product development cycles;
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across organizational boundaries;
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth tech startups;
- Experience working with partners in Vietnam;
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written;
- Proficiency in Korean is a plus;
